Authors, Legal Service India.com, invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts of articles, essays, commentaries, case notes and book reviews. We invite authors both inside and outside India to contribute to Legal Service India.com's ever growing legal Library. While Legal Service India.com will consider publication of articles from all subject areas, we are particularly interested in examinations of current legal issue, including (but not limited to): domestic violence, trafficking of women and children, reform of the legal education system, institutional development, international law as applicable in India, judicial development, and issues involving devolution and local governance. Articles may be submitted in English All submissions must include the name and title of the author and full contact information. When writing a "book review," please begin your review by providing the full reference information of the book, including the title, author(s), year of publication, place of publication and the publisher. Please ensure that your articles are no longer than 10 pages for a full article (including footnotes), and no longer than 2 pages for case notes (in Times New Roman, 12 pt. font). If you choose to utilize abbreviations, be sure to write out the entire name or title the first time it is used, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. For the remainder of the article, use the abbreviated form. When quoting from another publication, use quotation marks at the beginning and end of the quoted text ("…"). Please cite all sources with footnotes, which include the name of the author(s), the title (of the book, magazine, document, etc.), the publisher, the year of publication and the page number. All manuscripts will be read and reviewed by Legal Service India.com's editorial staff. Contributions submitted must not be under consideration by other publications at the time of submission. The editors reserve the right to accept or reject any articles submitted, and to make any changes thought to be necessary or appropriate to typescripts accepted for publication. No disks or hard copies shall be returned.
