MARRYING WITHOUT CONVERSION OF RELIGION BY EITHER SPOUSE. SUCH MARRIAGE CAN BE PERFORM UNDER SPECIAL MAARIAGE ACT.

Sam,

As Riyz informed, you need to marry under Special Marriages Act, and that too in the court. Religious marriage will not happen in your case, since there is no conversion.
