WHAT IS THE FATE OF 2 MILLION NRI'S LIVING IN 108 COUNTRIES WORLD WIDE, IF SOMEONE FOR NO REASON LOBBYING WITH GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS LODGES A COMPLAINT AND SECURES AN FIR AND SET A LOOKOUT CIRCULAR TO TAKE NRI'S BY SURPRISE WHEN WE COME DOWN TO INDIA FOR A HOLIDAY.

THERE WAS NO INTIMATION WHATSOEVER SENT TO THE INDIAN EMBASSY IN OUR RESIDING COUNTRY NOR ANY COMMUNICATION OF ANY SORT TO OTHER ACCUSED AS PER THE FIR WHO ARE RESIDING IN INDIA WITH PROPER OWN HOUSES WITH RATION CARD PASSPORTS .

SO THIS HAS BEEN DONE WITH LOT OF PROVOCATION AND PLANNED PLOT AGAINST US BY A WIFE OF A SENIOR OFFICER FROM THE TAMIL NADY POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD MR. S, BALAJI ( HIS WIFE NAME IS MRS. BAMA BALAJI) SHE IS A COLLECTING AGENT FOR LOT OF ILLEGAL FUND LENDERS.

Dear Mr. PJ,

Once a FIR is filed you need to take bail from the court on arrest or prior to arrest, which is anticipatory bail.

Normally in Criminal cases, no intimation is sent to the accused persons after registration of FIR, there may be some mediation or settlement talk the police or other officials, prior to the registration of FIR but not after registration.

It actually vary from the state to state procedure adopted by the police. Once you obtain bail from the court, you are free to contest the case on the  merits of the case.

Dear Bansal sir,

1. What are the chances for getting a bail if the person is not present in India? Are their any judgements that could be useful in this regard?

2. And even if the bail is granted, there is a high chance that the passport can be impounded by the police once you go to India. How can that be prevented that police does make the person stay there for as long as they wish to, and its possible to come back for earning the livelihood?

MD.
