I need to know that Can i create the 3d models of cars that look similar to cars like ford, bmw etc and use them for commercial purpose like in video games? What if i have created the 3d model in some software tools that looks like BMW car and used it without its logos and with names changed to other like XYZ? If i am about to be sued for it then what are the possible ways to pass it off?
