Title: Registration of my share of Undivided Share in Land for loan purpose

20 of us mutually bought a land for residential purpose in a nearby village. 19 of them gave power of attorney to one of them for electricity, water, legalities etc (not for division of land). Plots were mutually divided and most of them have built their houses using 'spare cash'. I would like to build mine with a loan. Since I have my name only on the main stamp paper, all banks and private housing finance cos want a separate registration doc on my name for my share. Since its undivided land, how can I separate my share and register it for loan purpose?

Go for Partition Deed with 20 owners in respect of their respective possession
