Title: About recruitment interview conducted by a Regional Rural Bank

Sir / Madam,

I had given a job interview conducted by a Regional Rural Bank in the month of march 2015. In the advertisement of this recruitment the official website showed that the number of vacancies for officer level were 201. So the  candidates were called for the interview in the ratio of 1:3 (approx.). Total 649 candidates were called for interview for 201 vacancies.

Interview was good and i was hoping for the selection. But when the final selected list came, there were only 39 candidates finally selected. On enquiry, they are saying that the rest candidates were failed in interview. It is hard to believe that out of 649 candidates, 610 candidates were unworthy and that is the reason of suspicion (under the table game) on the bank's recruitment process.It seems like the bank has done some unfair practice for this recruitment.

So, my question is - In this situation, what should be my step towards the Regional Rural Bank?

Any help will be immensely praised.

My Advice will be to file an RTI immediately

One  IMP suggestion about RTI
1. file RTI with others name I. e. name-surname & address should not match to you. this will help better way. because when name appear of you they will answer with viewing you rather than fact. also wait till the people joined & taken charge.

I have facing same problem with my family member govt job.
