Title: Imprisonment for impotence
Post by: Ravi31 on December 30, 2015, 05:52:23 AM
Can the court award an imprisonment for a person who accepts that he is impotent in the court ? His wife filed for annulment of marriage under section 12(a) in the petition, no any other sections are filed.

Filing of a case for annulment does not relates with impotency. She has filed a case of wilfully refusal to cohabit by the husband. Which is very tough to prove for her if husband fight it seriously and strongly. But allowing her to get divorce is the best option to avoid future legal complications. Admitting to be impotent does not put him to jail.... Hahaha....
