Dear Sir,

Certainly you can file a divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty against the wife. You may need to collect some proof of cruelty against the wife. Do some recording when she shouts on your etc. For custody you may need to fight is court if wife is not ready to give you the custody.

Regards,

You can file Divorce petition under the ground of cruelty to get divorced. In respect of daughter you have to file separate case for her custody if you fails to take her custody with you while leaving the matrimonial home
