Title: Matrimonial Cyber Crime
Post by: Vishal501 on August 05, 2016, 12:46:45 PM
Experts,

My wife has booked me for IT Act 65, 66b and 66c.

She left the house before 18 months (Dec. 2014), since she left never came back to home.
However, we meet at my office couple of times in Jan.2015; but she didnít come back at our home.

Allegation on me: I have missed used her FB account (For few weeks); however, no activity is done on her FB account on dates for which Fir is lodged.

Only logs of my office are taken by cybercrime, stating the her account is been opened and closed which related to my office IP address now she is telling I hacked her email account.

I donít know nothing, not even PW.

I believe while we meet at our office for couple of times she might have logged her FB account and signed. (I think).

She is doing this purposely to extract money? Which I will not give at all.

How can I get around this? I am going to contest the case.

Any judgments related above IT acts (relating husband/wife).

Thanks

Also I am waiting on FSL report from cyber crime so I can start the trial.

Does any one has sample FSL report for crime cyber, if not where I find just for my reference so I can start preparing for my case.

Thanks

Dear Sir,

During the Trial take a defence that your wife had shared the password with you out of love and affection and you have shared the password of your FB and email account with her and you never hacked her account.

Your wife did not surely book you under cyber law, solely, the entire matter has to be looked in from the entire perspective. under what other acts have you been facing trial. why is your wife not living with you. does she ever intend to come back
