Title: SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BY MISSIONARY SOCIETY
Post by: himanshuvohra on March 16, 2017, 05:27:33 AM
We are planning to buy a property in Faridabad, Haryana which at present belongs to a missionary society registered in Kerala. This property was used to print literature for there missionary society but from past 3 years it is lying unused.

So, just wanted to confirm can a missionary society sell there surplus property to an individual. If yes, what are the legal formalities involved.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks.
