Title: Can I sign an "Undertaking" for provisional practice after 3 years?
Post by: NMS on June 08, 2017, 04:08:44 PM
Can I sign an "Undertaking" for provisional practice after 3 years? I got my license enrolled 3 years ago. I did not sign Undertaking and have not attempted any Bar Exam till now. I am not practicing but I want to practice now and will appear in the upcoming AIBE 2018 as well.

Can anyone advise me please?  :(

Thanks.
