Title: College not following court order
Post by: Flowingnebula on October 06, 2017, 08:34:37 AM
I didn't know under which category to post my issue so I decided to post here.
I was granted interim relief by high court of Karnataka stating that "candidate is allowed to apply to the scheme and colleges are directed to accept the application " the order is for my university and college. But the college principal is not taking my application he says that he will not take my application until there is any notification from the university. But there hasn't been any notifications from my university. I don't know what to do now . I have an order from court but my college is not ready to follow it and my university is not giving any response. Can anyone help??

You should not file an execution petition. I would say please file a contempt petition showcasing the actions and conduct of the college that is in contempt of the Court.
