Title: Queries regarding resignation letter

I joined my company 6 months ago initially I was short listed for a different position where for initial 2 months I was not paid as they mentioned it for training period and I agreed upon that fact but after 3 month I was shifted to another department forcefully where i had to agree to them because I was not having any job and I was afraid of losing one
They sent me to the other department saying that u have a bind of 3 years but during my interview these bond was presented as a commitment to me by interviewer who is director of the company Now when I insisted them to force back to my previous department they insist on a fact that you have signed a bond of 3 years and you have to be on that department in which we have transferred you
When I am resigning my job they are not accepting my resignation and threating me with the policy of the company and as far as my knowledge their was no legal bond paper on which I have signed
Please kindly help me with this issue I need help

what kind of a company have you got yourself, they are looking for bonded slaves not employees.
do all other recruits face the same problem?

have you ever been paid salary

Dear Sir,

If you have not signed any agreement and not happy with the job, in such case, you may leave the job.

Dear frined,

Nothing will happen. Employer has no time to go behind you. Be cool and continue your assignment.

You may leave the job, You are employee not slave and be relax the employer has no time to go behind you.
