According , to Companies Act 2013 a Partnership firm canít hold more than 100 100 partners .

REQUIREMENTS TO START A PARTNERSHIP FIRM:-

    Minimum Two person is needed to become the partner of the firm. .
    No minimum capital is prescribed.
    Foreign investment(FDI) in a partnership business is not permitted.
    Name of the firm should be unique.

Procedure of Partnership Registration :-

    Selection of Name.
    Partnership Deed Drafting/Agreement.
    Partnership Deed Notarisation- Notary Attestation.
    PAN Card of the Firm.
    TAN Number Allotment.

Ltd refers to Public Limited company and Pvt Ltd refers to private limited company.

A company is called private limited when all its shares are in private hands. Pvt Ltd Company is owned by a group of promoters. On the other hand, the shares in a Public Limited company are open to everyone. The company is not in the hands of a few promoters but the public owns it.

There is also difference in the number of shareholders in the two types of companies. In Private Limited companies, the minimum number of shareholders should be two and the maximum 50. On the other hand, the minimum number of shareholders in a Public Ltd Company is seven and there is no limit to the maximum number of shareholders.

The company cannot hold any salary at all, your salary has to be paid within 10th of July.

You should make a complaint to the National Commission/Supreme Court for Delayed implementation of Judgement.

A legal notice should have been sufficient. A lawyer does not require to go physically and negotiate.
