Title: RATIFICATION OVER PROPERTY

I AM SEARCHING FOR PROPERTY TO BUY.I FUND ONE PROPERTY AND IN EC OF TAT PROPERTY THERE IS IS RATIFICATION REGARDING CONSENT OVER SALE OF PROPERTY BY POA(power of attorney). WHERE POA IS EXPIRED IN 2008 AND THERE IS A DOCUMENT LIKE POA EXECUTED SALE IN 2009.AFTER THAT PRINCIPAL OF THAT PROPERTY GIVING CONSENT TO ORIGINAL BUYER IN 2011 WE ACCEPTED THE SALE PROCEEDING DONE BY POA IN 2009.PRINCIPALS ACCEPTING, IN 2009 SALE EXECUTED BY DIFFERENT PERSON SINCE POA EXPIRED IN 2008.BUT WE ARE ACCEPTING THE SALE SINCE WE GOT MONEY IN 2009 ITSELF
THIS PROPERTY GOT APPROVED BY DTCP FOR LAYOUT
DOES THIS CONSENT WILL CRETE ANY PROBLEM?????
