Ltd. in 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over more than four decades, Sunflame has evolved into a leading manufacturer and distributor of a diverse range of kitchen and home appliances, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gas stoves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chimneys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooktops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grinders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water heaters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Induction cookers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressure cookers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cookware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Room heaters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The brand emphasizes innovation, research and development, quality control, and customer satisfaction through an extensive dealer and service network across India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"distinctiveness-of-sunflame-mark\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Distinctiveness_Of_The_%E2%80%98Sunflame_Mark\"><\/span>Distinctiveness Of The &#8216;Sunflame&#8217; Mark<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8216;Sunflame&#8217; mark, often stylized with a flame device integrated into the lettering (particularly in the &#8216;o&#8217;), has acquired distinctiveness and secondary meaning through continuous, extensive, and uninterrupted use since 1980.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"trademark-registrations\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trademark_Registrations\"><\/span>Trademark Registrations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunflame holds multiple trademark registrations across various classes, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><th>Class<\/th><th>Description<\/th><\/tr><tr><td>Class 11<\/td><td>Heating and cooking apparatus<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Class 21<\/td><td>Household utensils<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Class 9<\/td><td>Electrical appliances<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Class 7<\/td><td>Machines<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Class 17<\/td><td>Insulating materials<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Key registrations date back to 1980, with use claimed from as early as 2000 in some cases. The plaintiff&#8217;s substantial investments in quality, advertising, and distribution have resulted in steady growth in sales turnover, reflecting immense goodwill and reputation synonymous with reliable, high-performance appliances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"defendants-and-allegations\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Defendants_And_Allegations\"><\/span>Defendants And Allegations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The defendants, Kitchenopedia Appliances Pvt.
