class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any changes have to be in accordance with the LLP Act and the initial LLP Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Penalties may be imposed forthe delay in the filing of Form 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any significant amendments (such as business name change or nature change) might be subject to further filing, such as Form 4 or approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The stamp duty can be charged in case of a change in contribution (according to the state legislations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"penalties-for-non-compliance\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Penalties_for_Non-Compliance\"><\/span>Penalties for Non-Compliance<span day for every day of default (no maximum limit under the Act).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can also result in complicating future filings or legal cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
