Pradesh, has convicted a 43-year-old woman for falsely accusing her husband of raping their 16-year-old daughter. She accused him of raping their minor daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Police registered an FIR under IPC Section 376<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant provisions of the POCSO Act were applied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The husband was arrested and sent to jail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bail-and-defense-claims\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bail_and_Defence_Claims\"><\/span>Bail and Defence Claims<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the case, the husband filed a bail application and stated that the matter was \u201cfabricated due to political conspiracy\u201d.
