Such prejudice erodes a country\u2019s ethical foundation, destabilises its society, weakens its economy, and diminishes its global standing. &#8220;Brain waste&#8221; happens when an immigrant doctor works as a taxi driver due to non-recognition of credentials\u2014a major economic inefficiency.<\/p>\n<p>According to organisations like the <strong>Cato Institute<\/strong> or the <strong>IMF<\/strong>, barriers to immigrant labour often result in billions of dollars in &#8220;lost&#8221; GDP. He has attended Indian government sponsored specialized training in police and management matters in SVPNPA, Hyderabad, IIM, Ahmedabad and Singapore. He is the author of the books 'Police Investigation &amp; Allied Matters' and 'Alternative Dispute Resolution: Evolving Trends and Innovations' demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing within the law enforcement field. As an observer for the Election Commission of India, he has gained firsthand experience in conducting assembly elections and bye-elections in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Assam, Bihar, and Tripura (twice). He has attended Indian government sponsored specialized training in police and management matters in SVPNPA, Hyderabad, IIM, Ahmedabad and Singapore. He is the author of the books 'Police Investigation &amp; Allied Matters' and 'Alternative Dispute Resolution: Evolving Trends and Innovations' demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing within the law enforcement field.
