are in danger in moments of crime. We need hands to help and uphold each other, not to bring down anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No clear obligation to assist victims<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of immediate response from bystanders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fear outweighs responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bystander-effect-crowd-mentality\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Bystander_Effect_And_Crowd_Mentality\"><\/span>The Bystander Effect And Crowd Mentality<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If people cannot help, then what is the need to watch the crime while standing in large numbers in the crowd?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe there must be a strong law regarding this situation. But people have fear of getting tortured in the scenario of a problem. They do not want to involve themselves in another person\u2019s trouble, yet they enjoy the matter\u2014either hearing or watching it in front of their eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"social-attitude-and-silence\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Social_Attitude_And_Culture_Of_Silence\"><\/span>Social Attitude And Culture Of Silence<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No, I am not blaming. I just want a clear law in this matter because we live in a society where people enjoy others&#8217; pain and sorrow rather than choosing to help them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes people do not want to be eyewitnesses, though they know everything. Yet, they choose to remain silent, and it has been a long-standing practice in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"need-for-civic-responsibility\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Need_For_Civic_Responsibility_And_Awareness\"><\/span>Need For Civic Responsibility And Awareness<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I want people to keep an eye on society and road safety towards every girl, woman, man, transgender person, or any other citizen\u2014elder or younger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every citizen should act responsibly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immediate reporting should be encouraged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety must be universal and inclusive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"duty-to-inform-police\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Duty_To_Inform_Police_And_Save_Lives\"><\/span>Duty To Inform Police And Save Lives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>They have a duty first to inform the police of any road accident or any matter on the road.
