class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh:<\/strong> The Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted bail to an accused facing rape and related charges after taking note of crucial developments that emerged during the trial. Parihar argued that his client had remained in judicial custody since 11 March 2025 and that significant developments during the trial warranted his release on bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key argument raised by the defence was that the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report did not support the prosecution case. Shukla, appearing for the state, urged the court to reject the plea and continue the accused&#8217;s detention pending trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, after considering the submissions from both sides and examining the available material, the High Court decided to exercise its discretion in favour of granting bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
