Article 21, which guarantees that no person shall be deprived of life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law, forms the bedrock of custodial rights and mandates that every detainee be treated with dignity, fairness, and humanity. All seized property is properly inventoried and stored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Lock-Up Register typically records essential details such as the detainee&#8217;s name, parentage, address, crime number, offence, times of admission and release, medical condition, property seized, meals provided, visitors, and court production details. He has attended Indian government sponsored specialized training in police and management matters in SVPNPA, Hyderabad, IIM, Ahmedabad and Singapore.
