(2014) 5 SCC 509, the Supreme Court emphasized the critical need for meticulous crime scene search, evidence preservation, and strict chain of custody, ruling that scientific evidence’s reliability depends entirely on preventing contamination and adhering strictly to standard collection protocols.

Preserving Digital Evidence: The Crucial Role of Preservation Notices in Piracy Investigations

Growing Pollution in India: A Constitutional Law Perspective under Article 21

Standard Operating Procedure for Audio‑Video Crime Scene Documentation

The Digital Forensic Investigation Process: Chain of Custody and Evidence Preservation

How to Report Human Trafficking in India (2026): Complete Guide to Recognizing, Reporting & Preventing Trafficking

1.
