<\/span>Understanding the Definition of Rape<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Rape the word is legally defined in simple sentence A Man forcing sexual \nintercourse on a woman otherwise compiling or manipulating a woman to have a \nsexual intercourse however the word is socially defined as A person denying \nsexual advancement of another person as in saying NO<\/b> but the social \ndefinition collides with the legal definition because a woman can rape a man \ncompiling him or forcing him to have the intercourse.<\/section>\n\n\n\n
\nHowever, this not about the definition of rape this is about, are the victims of \nrape are actually able acquire the justice they right full deserve? And what is \njustice for them, a judgment pronounced by a judge? the punishment given to the \nguilty? What is true justice to the victim of rape when the justice itself is \nprolonged for about 5 to 10 years in our country we have established fast track \ncourts that pronounce their judgement in 2+ years accounting the delays.<\/section>\n\n\n\n
\nBut can the victim go back to the life they once belonged to? With their \nidentity stolen and telecasted across the country as in see this poor soul has \ngot brutally raped but this person and for what? to gain more views? for TRP? \nfor money? is it not brutal then rape itself? people talking about her loss \nsociety labelling them as unworthy of marriage unworthy of education among the \nsame friends who once laughed with them having their character always under \nquestion is this not true? One single person will say no this not the case, \nwords are inconsequential to society.<\/section>\n\n\n\n
\nBut the true justice must always be silent it\u2019s come darkness luminating the \nlies. It does not have to be shift but it must be silent the reason justice must \nbe silent because it is driven by truth and truth is a relative to facts and \nsociety has a incurable illness of mustering the facts to suit their say for \ntheir own two-minute talk.<\/section>\n\n\n\n
\nWe cannot blame the media because in the end they are once who bring out the \ntruth yet how can they? it is binding on the media to protect the truth and not \nspread more rumours about it. One brutal case is at it\u2019s peak in a particular \nstate what is the faith of many in the same chronology the enforcement is \nblinded by the politicians to sought out only one case quickly because of a \nsocial unrest in the state as the cause of it and while the enforcement \ncompletes one case 20 to 50 new raped case get registered and files are buried.<\/section>\n\n\n\n
\nIn final the society must let the enforcement do its duty, the judiciary should \nensure to deliver true justice, and the people\u2019s representatives must make sure \nduty is done and justice is delivered and the media has to compile the \nrepresentatives to do the Right thing.<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
