The following points demonstrate how love can sometimes transform into unlawful behavior.<\/p>\n<p>Typically, a relationship starts with mutual consent\u2014between a boy and a girl\u2014but in some cases, love is one-sided. While one-sided love is not inherently harmful, in rare instances it can become perilous. A person may be transformed into a criminal, driven by intense emotions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Psychology_of_the_Person\"><\/span>Psychology of the Person<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Some individuals become emotionally stuck and are unable to move on. Criminals are not born\u2014they are made. Social, environmental, and psychological factors play a significant role in shaping criminal behavior. The progression from a &#8220;psycho lover&#8221; to a killer often stems from the belief: \u201cIf she can\u2019t be mine, she can\u2019t be anyone else\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The fault does not always lie entirely with one party\u2014perhaps 75%, but rarely 100%. While we have examples of divine love like Radha-Krishna or Mumtaz-Shah Jahan, in reality, one-sided love can lead to tragic consequences like murder or suicide. Below are real-life cases where innocent girls lost their lives.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Case_1_Amruta_Deshpande\"><\/span>Case 1: Amruta Deshpande<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Within the jurisdiction of Sangli (Maharashtra), Amruta Deshpande, a college student, was killed by her friend Baban, who was in love with her. After repeated proposals and countless rejections, Baban lost control and stabbed Amruta 22 times. This case became a notorious example of one-sided love turning into homicide.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Case_2_Rinku_Patil\"><\/span>Case 2: Rinku Patil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On March 31, 1990, a horrific crime shocked all of Maharashtra. Rinku Patil, a 10th-grade student, was killed by Haresh Patel, a local resident who had fallen in love with her. Rinku showed no interest in Haresh, yet he became obsessed.<\/p>\n<p>During Rinku\u2019s final board exam in Ulhasnagar, Haresh entered the examination hall armed with a sword, kerosene, and a matchbox. At around 3:30 PM, he poured kerosene on Rinku and one of his accomplices set her ablaze. Despite her cries for help, no one intervened. Rinku burned to death on the spot. The incident caused statewide outrage. Then-Chief Minister Sharad Pawar had to personally intervene.<\/p>\n<p>Haresh fled the scene but later committed suicide at Ulhasnagar Railway Station the same day. His accomplices, however, were arrested and sentenced to death. This raises questions about justice and the doctrine of *audi alteram partem*\u2014whether fair hearing was given to the accused accomplices.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Application_of_Audi_Alteram_Partem\"><\/span>Application of Audi Alteram Partem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>How does the principle of &#8220;hear the other side&#8221; apply in such cases? If I were the defense counsel, I would aim to bring out the positive aspects or rights of the accused. Let\u2019s explore this idea further in another high-profile case.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Case_3_Shraddha_Walkar\"><\/span>Case 3: Shraddha Walkar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Also known as the \u201c35 pieces case,\u201d this incident involved Shraddha Walkar and her live-in partner Aftab Ameen Poonawala. While Aftab undeniably committed a heinous act, it is important to examine all circumstances under the doctrine of *audi alteram partem*.<\/p>\n<p>According to evidence, Shraddha and Aftab often fought. They had moved to Delhi and were living in a rented house. Aftab was unemployed, and while he was not in a position to marry, Shraddha pressured him. Their arguments escalated, and the act was committed in a fit of rage\u2014not premeditated.<\/p>\n<p>Relationships require emotional, physical, and financial commitment. In contemporary slang\u2014&#8221;No Money, No Honey&#8221;\u2014if one partner is not ready, pressure can lead to tragic outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>To sum up by saying that a message to girls that please be aware don\u2019t give anyone as much of priority.
