Sarah Azad

I am Sarah Azad, from Delhi, and a first-year law student at NMIMS School of Law, Bangalore. I have been an academically bright student but always had a tough time expressing myself or coming out of my comfort zone or rather call it a self-made cocoon that I started to dwell in.

With time I realized that I cannot keep waiting for opportunities to knock at my doorstep, rather it is time that I come out of my shell, try my hands at everything that I wanted to do, without any trace of hesitation, explore and then embrace whatever may come- successes, failure, acceptance or rejections.

With this in my mind, I got myself enrolled in a law course that definitely requires you to be the best of you, to come out and shine bright, to explore your hidden potentialities, and let it surface.

I have started writing recently, and am aware that I am not very good at writing yet, but who cares as long as you are trying and not giving up. This journey might be hard, might get me to mental breakdowns and even questioning my own choices but nevertheless, this is the path I have chosen for myself and it is mine now, no going back.
