Title: encroachment in my residential property

I have an issue with my residential property. We have allowed our 2 neighbors to use north side of our land to access the main road and they were using it around 5 years. now it looks like a road to access to their land and they have subdivided their land and shown a road with in their land and connect that to our land and gave a civil case to claim that part of our land is their road. and from our side we have only property document which mentioned 10 cents, there is no proper sketch of our land and  that area is not a re-surveyed. One of my neighbor has removed our boundary stones without our knowledge, only one stone is remaining now at west south corner that is the only evidence of boundary. My mother only staying at home so neighbors took advantage of that and encroached our land from 2 sides. how can I get measured and secure my land ?

Simple file a suit for injunction restraining neighbour from encroaching the property.
