Introduction Harassment in the workplace is defined as any unwanted behaviour motivated by a person’s race, gender, caste, religion, age, or other personal characteristics. Such conduct can be physical, verbal, or nonverbal, resulting in a hostile, intimidating, or insulting workplace atmosphere. Some examples are workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination.
