what to do company not provide regular services?

The franchisee of a kitchen chimney manufacturing company does not provide regular services to me although I have an annual maintenance contract with them. What action can I take against them?

First of all send a legal notice to the franchisee, informing them about your dissatisfaction regarding their services.

In it you can demand immediate service, failing which you can approach the consumer forum and take legal action for deficiency of services.

Also send a copy of the notice to the manufacturing company.
