Property / Will Questions
« on: February 10, 2013, 08:19:11 AM »
Hello

My late grandfather left in his will some properties to his son's but not the daughters, this was done around the 1940's, (the daughters got married, so had security via their husbands, but I wanted to find out some more information in realtion to this and a few other points, so if anyone can help that would be great.

Here are my questions

1. What is the law according to daughters if they were not included in the will and the sale of a house will go to the sons, are the daughters entitled to any money’s?, the will was only made to the son’s, and the tester has since passed?
2. Can the will be changed or altered without all the recipients consent in the will?
3 How can one go about obtaining details relating to the sale of a property?

Kind regards

Deepak
