Hi

My father willed a property to his sisters son which he had inherited from my grandmother , without my knowlege.

Do i have any legal rights now on that property ? if yes what should be my action plan now , i am the only dauhghter of my parents
and my mother has expired.

Property is in west bengal .please advice
