Partition of Property
« on: May 02, 2013, 03:01:42 AM »
My father had four brothers; recently those four have agreed upon and sold a property without even intimating my father regarding the same and the property has also been registered in the name of the buyer. What are the remedies available for my father in this situation?
And how can he claim for the partition of the property to avoid any such acts in future by the remaining brothers?
A quick advice will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
Sweta

Ask your father to file a civil suit for partition and seperate possession so that he can get his share of property. Seek cancellation of sale deed of the property which is already sold.
