A boy does crime on his 18th birthday at 01:00pm in the afternoon. He borne on the same day but at 06:00pm in the evening. Can he be consider as a MINOR?????? If yes how can it be prove???????????????????Please help

has anyone came across such case??????????????

such a thing may have happened.
but as long as he is a minor, and his birth certificate shows that he was born at 6.00pm. and a crime is committed i=on that date a few hours prior to his becoming a major.

than based on the available facts he will be considered a Minor.

law goes by facts. and the birth certificate in this case will be conclusive

If his birth certificate shows that he was born at 6.00pm. and a crime is committed at 1:00pm on that date a few hours prior to his becoming a major. He will be considered a Minor.

anyone who is even a second prior to attaining major commits a crime will be dealt with under a juvenile Act.
