wife not coperative
« on: September 27, 2013, 04:24:27 AM »
I am demanding 10th certificate from my wife for preparing document of her but she is refusing to provide that document. I think at the time of marriage they give us a wrong date of birth of her. And now she is not coming from home and her family members also not supporting me every time they told will send her without 10th certificate . Please suggest should I do???. Should I file RCR ???????

Tell her that you won't ask for 10th certificate ever again, she will anyway come back home.
If you love her than forget about the 10th certificate now that you are married.

RCR filing and all that should be a last resort.

Dear Sir,

Doccument for what?????? as you have stated needed 10th certificate.
         Come clear with clear query......
         Now,as per your above query,

1. You need amicable talk with her concern's and your concern's.
2. Match those concern's where they are lacking?
3. If the sort out concern's are beyond your recuperation then move out......
4. If you can amend those concern's then try to save your marriage rather than moving around court's.
5. If nothing is coming as of your favour then leave it for some time as it is,just see what is her say after such space and time.
6. For every relationship trust, love, respect, time and space are needed work on those issues if still you are suffocataing by her then better gor for divorce.

You can talk to her and if the only issue with you is the date of birth/age then that is not important if you feel comfortable with her. If there are other issues also try to solve it by discussing with her and clearing out your misunderstanding. There is nothing like filing a RCR just for not providing a mark sheet.
