my father made a registerd will in 1983.obsolute rights for his grand childrens me and my brother will have only life interest in property.my bro got married in 1983. but no issues .so he tried to sell the house.I Issued a legal notice. saying that he wants to make unlawfull gains. then  he adopted the child in2000.at the age of 50 yrs .I have son who is 21yrs old   I would like to know can the adopted child claim my father property.

First of all a WILL which is Conditioned is invalid. hence your fathers WILL does not legally stand a chance.

Now regarding your second query, Yes the adopted child does have all legal rights as a natural born child.

since the Will is invalid, all the children both adopted and natural will have equal rights

 my bro gone to court   saying that  the will  is invalid  court dismissed the case  and gave a verdict that the  WILL STANDS  AND IT CANNOT be  cancelled
