Hi kashvi,
Injunction means an order to prevent someone from doing something

temporary injunction is a court order prohibiting an action by a party to a lawsuit until there has been a trial or other court action. A temporary injunction differs from a "temporary restraining order" which is a short-term, stop-gap injunction issued pending a hearing, at which time a temporary injunction may be ordered to be in force until trial.

The purpose of a temporary injunction is to maintain the status quo and prevent irreparable damage or change before the legal questions are determined. After the trial the court may issue a "permanent injunction" (making the temporary Injunction a lasting rule) or "dissolve" (cancel) the temporary injunction.

A good injunction instruction a good take action that court respects because necessary to proper rights, or even this forbids a good take action which is considered to become unlike great mind. Costly remarkable treatment, available to unique conditions where the short term storage from the state of affairs is essential.

Under India Legal System, the law relating to injunction has been provided in the Specific Relief Act, 1963. Injunction is categorized in two form i.e. Permanent Injunction and Temporary Injunction. Section 37 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 provides that “temporary Injunction are such as are to continue until a specified time, or until the further order of the court, and they may be granted at any stage of a suit.” The procedure for seeking temporary injunction has been provided under Order XXXIX of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. However, an injunction being discretionary equitable relief cannot be granted when equally efficacious relief is obtainable in any other usual mode or proceeding...... :o
