Divorce by Mutual Consent
« on: March 11, 2014, 12:05:36 PM »
Hi, I have been married since 5 years. Me and my wife have been living together in the same house. We want to take divorce by mutual consent.
1. How long it takes to get divorce from the date of approaching the court for the first time ?
2. After how long i can remarry legally ?
3. Do we need to stay separately for a year ? In this case, will the court ask for proofs ?
