Husband in Australia Need divorce from Him

Hi All,

20 month back my sister got married with Guys who is born in india and settled in Australia with PR.
He is clearly told he is not ready to live with My sister.my sister need divorce from him but he is refusing to come india.My sister marriage registered in India.What are legal option that we have to bring him back to india to get divorce.

You can file for ex-parte divorce, in India, just ensure that he receives the summons, that will make iit easier. Which city in India is your sister staying

Can you please tell me what is ex-parte divorce?,how much time will it take to get divorce in this way.
What are the evidence we should submit and what is avg amount that any lawyer can charge.

A. Ex-parte divorce is basically a divorce proceeding in which only one spouse participates or appears in the Court.for an ex-parte divorce, the non-participating spouse must have been provided with proper notice of the divorce proceedings. In spite of proper notice, if the spouse decides not to appear and contest, then it will result in an ex-parte decree.

B.There is no fixed time period for getting an ex-parte divorce in india, it depends on the direction of the case which is case to case differ.
