Sahar Credit Co-Operative Society
« on: May 03, 2014, 11:47:21 AM »
Dear Sirs,

Good Evening, recently I have come across this web site and was impressed the way it has worked on the public interest and on various public issues.

I have a recurring account with Sahar Credit Cooperative Society for INR 1500.00 Per Month, However due to urgency and the way things are moving in Sahara I have stopped paying the monthly installments and looking for pre maturity withdrawal.

However when I approach my agent she simply refused that pre maturity cannot be done and withdrawal I only permitted on maturity.

Sir being a small investor I think its my hard money and there should be no restriction in regard to withdrawal as there is no restriction for investment.

At last its my money I should have the liberty to use the way I think fit.

Sir I need your advice is there any way around I can move through court or legal proceeding so I can get my money back without waiting for period of 10 Years.

Sir it would be great help if you can advise the way going forward.

Looking forward for a advise from you.

Investing in sahara was always easy, it is when getting the money back is an uphill task.

At the time of investment did you read the agreement properly especially, the small letter words, if not read that again, they must have put this clause that you cannot withdraw till the term is over.

If that is the case than you have to wait for the terms completion
