Advice on divorce
« on: May 04, 2014, 02:54:44 PM »
Hi,

we were married in May 2013, and after she come to my home just after that she ask every 10 day would like to go to her parent house, and one day first week of Aug 2013 she went for her caching class where i left her at 2pm and got a call from her mobile at 7Pm that she told me i am not at all coming back to your home any more where i lived with my parents, and we don't know where she move and with whom as well. we called her parents and informed them about the same they also dont have any further information on that time she also call her parents and told the same that i am not going back to her husband  place i am gong to Delhi if any one would like to meed to talk come to Delhi.

we get the same information what she told us. we informed police and lunch a FIR about for the same, she had taken all her ornaments with her as well.

but next day near about 10AM when again we try to call on her mobile number she pickedup and say i am going to my parents home now, and from then till now i.e. from 11Aug 2014 till now she is where we dont know her parents say she is with us and now she is asking to come back. just asking but not taking any initiative at all, what ever information we do ask she give us a different story every time we are really frustrated by this

Now we are not at all interested to take her back, but we dont know what action do we take its close to a year now she is not leaving with us..

Kindly guide us what action do we take in this situation...

Your wife leaving your home without any reason can be termed ad cruelty, that itself is a sufficient ground for divorce

Contested divorce mean you have to put up allegation on your wife, based on various grounds for divorce such as, cruelty, desertion, impotency etc...

in contested divorce there can be no set time frame, it can
take years
