What should I do....?
« on: May 23, 2014, 10:45:36 PM »
Respected seniors,
I need your advice....I was working
for a private industry since the last
8 months and now I have stopped
going to the company since the past
20 days.
I have signed on a xerox paper,of
my offer letter which requires me to
work for a period of 6 years or pay a
pro rata amount of 6 lakhs if I leave
in between.
Since the work strain is too much
and also salary is very low I decided
to leave during training itself.
they have provided training but
paying 6 lakhs is asking too much.
I received a registered post from
company stating that if I don't
resume my training within 3 days,
they will initiate disciplinary action
against me.
I don't need the experience letter,
what kind of action can they take.
please advice...

Without going through the contract signed by you it is impossible to advise on this. Now a 6 years bond seems too long a period plus 6 lakhs compensation is too much.

You say, you have signed on a xerox paper,of Your offer letter which requires to your work. Now you should say, you do a lot of work with low salary. If your company increase your salary then i think not issue to leave you job. If you want some increment in your salary. You need to talk about your seniors or your Boss to increase your salary.
I think it is better deal for you if you not want to pay 6 lakh in your company. Think about that.
