Well my late father is the founder member of the society & obtained a plot which was allotted to him in 1984, the nominee was my mother , after his death in 2011 the plot was transferred in my mother's name by registrar office & she further nominee my elder brother...HOW..??? ( Without my consent as i am too a legal heir ), now my mother is no more she expired few days back.
Now the question is.... how can i protect my legal share in such property...???
My father had not executed any will in favour of any one....the society office said it was mandatory to transfer plot in favour of wife but will not transfer the said property in my brother's name, for that my consent is MUST even though he is nominee.
Plz guide me....what should i do....????
