Bail plea rejected at high court
« on: September 08, 2014, 01:42:18 AM »
One of my friend is arrested under section 409,419,420, 468 and 471/34. His bail plea was rejected by the high court. He is accused of buying a fair price shop cereals and selling it in the open market. Main accused in the case who was selling the fair price shop cereals to my friend is already out on bail. However, judge has rejected my friends bail stating that these two matters are different.

01. Can we appeal against this judgement in high court itself?
02. When can we file a fresh bail application in high court again?

Thanking you in advance.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Is it true that Police has to file charge sheet within 90 days?

If police fails to file charge sheet in 90 days, default bail can be granted to the accused?
In case police requests for more time to file charge sheet, still accused can be granted default bail?

Thanking you in advance
