Society is threatening to court for not leaving set back
« on: September 15, 2014, 01:36:02 AM »
I have got approval for house plan from grampanchayat with setback less than the prescribed set back in gram panchayath rule. I.e. set back suppose to be 3 feet, where as drawing approved is with 2 feet. If constructed as per plan with 2 feet setback, panchayat do not have any problem. And all most all houses in society area are with violation to set back required. I am at least adhering to approved plan, where as others including which is under-construction are violating set back as well as approved plans. For personal reason, society is threatening to go to court to stop construction in mid way. Whether it is possible to stop the construction like that? What is alternative?

If you are violating any rule your construction can be stsyed by court order.

you defense that others are also doing it does bot give you the license to break the law.

do as par the law and built your dream house peacefully

Plan is approved by panchayat  and it's not as per rules. Set back is 2feet not 3 feet. If i construct as per plan can the stray bee avoided or countered to continue with construction?
