How to save my marriage. I do not want divorce
« on: September 22, 2014, 01:44:20 AM »
Dear Experts

I was married 9 months back and my husband wants divorce on mcd. After 5 months of marriage, he sent me to our parents home and not willing to take me to him. My in laws also said the same that if he wants he will talk to you and We do not involve in your matter. In Aug 2014 I went to my husband's house. My in laws not even allow to me to come inside and they said their son is not living with them. So they can not allow me to come to their home and said" You and my son only discuss and settle the issue".

One month before he sent me a typed letter without his signature stating that he is not willing to live with me anymore and want to apply divorce on mcd.

I really love my husband and I want to live with him. Please advise me what to do now. I want to settle the issue emicably and want to reunion with him.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS WE BOTH DIVORCEE AND THIS IS OUR SECOND MARRIAGE FOR BOTH OF US.

PLEASE ADVISE ME HOW TO SAVE MY MARRIAGE.

File for restitution of Conjugal rights. Court will very easily grant you the order.

in court hearing also seek the courts approval for court mediation, try to solve it there.

Now remember on thing law can ONLY assist you, It cannot force your husband to come back to you.

another thing you did not mention why did your husband change all of a sudden.

your in laws are staying out of it because of the Draconian law, hence they are trying toprotect themselves from your legal rights.

what you need to be very careful how you approach your case.

which city are you based in?
