Fake FIRs
« on: October 16, 2014, 12:16:06 AM »
Hello everyone
I am in great trouble, and need your legal advice.
Please help.

There is a person having great political links and money power, he has to recover a sum of Rs.2 crore from another person.  There is nothing in written between the borrower and lender.
Borrower agreed that he have to pay back all the money, but he need some time. But, lender has gone mad, he want it at earliest
lender knows that he can't recover amount legally in the absence of written agreement.
so, he is using his political links and money power to logde completely fake cases against borrower and me ( I am just a common connection with borrower and lender.)

I never took guarantee for any return of money in written or verbly.
it is shame on punjab police for registering two FIRs baseless under political pressure and bribes. Anyhow I applied for bail and got dates.
In the meantime, I came to know he is planning with Third fake case including names of my children including my married daughter.
All the cases are registered with different names of his employees.

My Lawyer said, you can apply for writ petition in high court.
Not everyone is rich enough to hire a high court lawyer who is going to charge in lacs.

How can save myself?  What is remedy available to me to stop these fake cases?
How can I prove to court that there is one mastermind behind all the cases in writ petition ?

For a common man litigation is hellish experience, if for is lodged u take bail and wait till the investigation is over.

see what is mentioned in charge sheet.

wait and watch nothing is going to happen in a day.

be cool and relaxed as of now
