achieving physical seperation
« on: October 19, 2014, 05:07:44 AM »
Hi, I got married 4yrs back as per HMA. Wife was very rigid for physical intimacy, somehow made her comfortable and had physical intimacy for sometime. But wife's abusive attitude towards me and my people has caused complete loss of trust and love.
Wife talks very harshly and always tries to find fault with me. She even objects me meeting my parents and my people. Even after councelling sessions by professional councellor, nothing has changed. There is nothing left in this relationship. She also left her job and sits at home watching t.v.
But still she wants to stick-on due to social pressure or obligation. She also threatens to hurt herself if i stop living with her. I've tried to contact her parents regarding this issue but they are not at all responding properly.
Because of this it has become very tough to achieve physical seperation. Requesting guidance regarding achieving physical seperation. Once i'm physically seperated,i could immediately file for divorce. Can i apply for divorce staying with her? (we don't have any kids)

you can file for Judicial separation.
by the way law comes into act only after you have taken some action.

Thank you for your reply advsarmaroy. But i'm in a fix. If i stop living with her, she threatens to hurt herself. Also her parents are playing hide and seek with me. they don't even reply to my calls.
