Cheating us. ***PLEASE VERY VERY URGENT***
« on: November 19, 2014, 08:03:33 AM »
My PROBLEM:

By friendship we have given surety for 1 lack rupees to my neighbor.
And they took from us 5 lacks rupees by promissory note.
But now they cheating as they donít give us money 5 lacks and they would put police case and send lawyer notice to us.
So how to proceed to severely punish them because now we got to know they are real cheaters.
Shall we put case and send lawyer notice to them before they do?
And what type of cases we have to put on them please?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance,
Raja.

you hire a lawyer and proceed with this matter. what proof do you have of payment of Rs 5 lakhs, if its a cheque payment you can file for money recovery suit, file both civil and criminal case
