Sale Agreement for Built Up Flats
« on: November 28, 2014, 09:56:00 AM »
Sir

I need some advice on the following topics:

As a vendor myself can I sell my flat to three person, like husband, wife & her father. Is their any chance of complicacy if their is a future litigation from Vendor prospective. Vendor can not run or response to three individuals. So like joint venture with one as lead partner, is there for sale of property similar safeguard exists.

Thanks & Regards

RB

you mean you want the registration of the flat to be transferred in the name of three persons? If thats what you are asking yes you can do that.

what complicacy may arise will arise amongst the three buyers is non of your concern. Just ensure the registration is done properly get a good lawyer for this.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes you mean correctly transfer to three person. My only concern if in future any litigation come up  I have to deal with each individual or to one of the three, the lead may be. Say, may be any due in future I have to give, so whom I should give among the three, or pay it to the authority if the due is from authority,

Best regards

RB
