I need legal advice on ancestral property can be will or sell to any other person without informing to his own child.Actually my grandfather have some properties on Bihar and Kolkata also. He got these property in partition between his brothers and sisters after his father death.
One of my maternal uncle is on regular trying to accupied hos property and my grand father is also dsnt want to will his property in the name of his child. He have three Sons and three daughters.
All are wanted to secure all properties before hos life end . After his life end they can partition to all legal hires.

Hello Sir,
Is there is any solution to save this property  to sell or gift to any other ones except his legal hires. (Own Children).i heard in muslim law thre is mention both son and daughter are the legal hires of his parents asset.
If he transfer or gift this property to any other ones so what about the legal hires . They could not get any thing or not deserve to get any thing from parent's asset?
 Please confirm.
